Strip to the rafters and rebuild: breathable membrane, new battens, natural slate or clay, and dry-fix ridges that never need re-pointing.

Yes. The drone survey, loft check and photo report cost nothing and you keep the photos whether or not you use us. We do it because people who have seen the evidence don’t need persuading.
Our quotes include allowances for the things we can’t see: up to 15% rafter replacement and full re-battening. If something genuinely unforeseeable turns up, we stop, photograph it and agree a price with you in writing before touching it.
Only for re-roofs, where we ask for 20% to order materials. Repairs and flat roofs are paid on completion. Nothing is ever due until you’ve seen the finished roof.
Your 25-year guarantee is underwritten by an independent insurer through the NFRC CompetentRoofer scheme. If we ever ceased trading, the insurer honours the guarantee.
We handle storm-damage claims every week. We supply the dated drone photos, a cause-of-damage report and a quote in the format loss adjusters ask for.
